Pyxis Technologies designed and built this differential case gage & bearing tooling for an existing production machine.

Pyxis designed and built these tube press mounted angle checking gages. The tooling works using an integrated pneumatic motor attached to a ball screw. The motor advances the tooling into the axle bushing holes. The angle is verified by reading the angle from the inclonometers. The gages shown above are in the retracted position. Lower unit has guard removed for clarity.

Pyxis technologies designed and built these pallet loaded automatic transmission load setting fixtures. These fixtures are used on four separate stations and offer an integrated load cell and force display fixtures are used to set and verify correct clutch load during shim gauging operation.
